Felix Rey
Felix has been exploring and enjoying yoga, meditation, and martial arts since his childhood; influenced by his father Nomad, who was a lifelong yoga practitioner. Learning from different teachers and practices along the way including Karate, Muay Thai, Shaolin Kung Fu, Zen Buddhism, Sufism, Tantra, and NLP. He qualified as a yoga teacher with Swara Yoga School in 2013.  Today he is inspired by teachers including Lesley Kaminoff and Mark Whitwell.

He is also a qualified Karate instructor and an Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) coach. Felix has a delightful approach as his love of learning makes him an incredible teacher of many things. He also brings a poetic rhythm and vibrant light to teaching.

Amber Rose
Amber Rose offers a playful, warm and light-hearted approach to the practice of Yoga.

Initially inspired by the aliveness and awareness that yoga poses created in her body, it was the wider teachings of Yoga which truly captured her fascination. How to live well with our selves and others?  It is the breadth of wisdom Yogic philosophy offers in answer to this question that continues to anchor her dedication to the practice, and which she hopes to share with students.

Amber is 500hr Yoga Alliance certified and has taught weekly classes, workshops and on retreat since 2009.  She teaches Hatha Yoga and especially enjoys offering modified practices to enable poses to become accessible to all. She has shared Yoga with cyclists, city kids, OAP’s, and, she hopes, you!
