ACCOMMODATION RULES & REGULATIONS

CASA IRIS, BIG YURT & SMALL YURT
IMPORTANT POINTS ~ PLEASE READ CAREFYLLY

• No Smoking: you cannot smoke inside any accommodation. Yurts and Casa Iris are SMOKE FREE. If you wish to smoke, please smoke outside, respect other guests and use the ash tray jars provided.
• Keep main door closed at all times: keep the main entrance door closed at all times, to prevent wild animals entering. In the Big Yurt and Casa Iris, you can keep just the lower door closed.
• Rubbish bins: 2 rubbish bins are under the sink. The grey rubbish bin is for compost.  The blue bin for all other rubbish. Please take recycled container with you to place in the recycle bins in Lanjaron or Orgiva.
• Electricity and Water: electricity and water are limited, please conserve.
• Hairdryers: please do not use hairdryers.
• Lights: please always turn off the lights when you leave any property.
• Bed sheets: please use the lose bed sheet as a cover, under the quilt/duvet blanket.
• Cushions for outside: cushions are available for outdoor use (for benches and sunbeds) ~ ensure you bring them inside in the evening.
• Drinking Water: water is provided in containers – let us know if you require more.
• Extra blankets: blankets are in the cupboards or on shelves, if required.
• Gas Heater: if you feel cold, please use the gas heater.
• Toilet rolls: extra packs are available under the sink.
• On departure: in order for us to know which beds have been used, please take off the lose sheets, pillow covers, used towels and place on the floor. Please do not remove the quilt/duvet covers.
• Please do not light candles inside the Yurts or make a fire outside.

CASA IRIS ONLY – EXTRA POINTS TO NOTE:

• Wood Burning Stove: to start the wood burning stove, first use newspapers, then add small twigs, then small branches and finally the logs.
• Rubbish Bins: under the sink you will find a ‘compost bin’ and by the washing machine the ‘normal bin. Please take the recycled container with you to place in the recycle bins in Lanjaron or Orgiva.
• Washing Machine: please use the Washing Machine ONLY in the middle of the day, with full sun and on a COLD cycle (Program No. 13).
