Yoga & Detox is a powerful combination, enhancing the detox process, with a deeper cleanse and release.
Yoga means UNITY of mind, body and spirit. To reach this desired state, there is strong emphasis in Yoga teachings, on cleansing practises and dietary recommendations; combined with the traditional Yoga poses. Everything is aimed at keeping the body and mind in the most balanced state, so it can serve as a shining temple to the soul, and a vehicle to realise our true Divine nature… which is peace, happiness and love.

08.30 – Morning Yoga
10:00 – Juice and Morning Sharing
11:00 – Morning Enema
13:00 – Juice
16:00 – Juice
19:00 – Evening Mineral Broth
20:00 – Meditation for relaxation
Please note:
An evening meal will be served on the day of arrival.
The Juice fast will be finished with a light breakfast on the final morning.
Pre-Cleanse instructions will be sent to guests once a booking is confirmed.
Post-Detox Diet guidelines – to allow gradual reintroduction to regular eating – this will be given at the end of the retreat.
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
Deposit ~ to secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit will be required of €600
Due to limited availability your booking will remain unconfirmed until your deposit has been received.
Full payment is required 6 weeks before your retreat or holiday begins.
If you book within 4 weeks of the start date, then full payment will be taken, to secure your place.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel less than 4 weeks before the retreat begins, we regret that we are unable to refund any amount – you must pay in full.
RETREAT BEGINS on the first day after 16:00 pm
RETREAT CLOSES on the final day at 12:00 noon

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO:
Due to green electricity, it’s impossible to use a hairdryer or other electrical appliances above 100 W.
Please bring light clothes for Yoga and Qi Gong practice, flip-flops, a torch, swim-wear, a jumper for the evening, walking shoes, a water bottle and a back pack.
Pre-Detox Evaluation Questionnaire: At booking confirmation, a detailed Pre-Detox Questionnaire will be sent to clients and it must be completed, and returned, prior to commencing the retreat.
Important: Please inform us, prior to your arrival, if you have a Medical Condition and if you have any Special Dietary Requirements.
TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS ~ how to find us?
FREE AIRPORT SHUTTLE – from and to Malaga Airport
This retreat qualifies for a FREE Airport Shuttle from and to Malaga Airport.
** The Free Airport Shuttle leaves Malaga Airport on day of arrival (first day of retreat) at 14:00 pm and will leave Armonia Alpujarra on day of departure at 13:00 pm. Clients need to book in advance.
IMPORTANT CONDITIONS – the free shuttle is for a minimum of 2 guests and if any guests cannot meet the time schedules (of the FREE Airport Shuttle) then separate shuttles will need to be booked, at the usual cost of 90 Euros each way.
Travel Insurance
YOU MUST HAVE FULL TRAVEL INSURANCE COVER.
Please provide us with your Travel Insurance Cover details in case of an emergency. Your travel insurance should cover you all the usual risks.
