Home Practice QUESTION:
1. Continue with the home practice of last week.
2. Choose 4 random photos of people and try to sense the following:
a. What is the general feeling arising while allowing your self to be effected by the photo?
b. Connecting to specific parts in their body: Heart chakra, Head energy, left and right knee and left and right of the whole body.
Try to sense the specific impression perceived from each part and the difference between the sides.
c. Please arrange in a table if possible with the photo and email me.
