You will receive dedicated support of two experienced healers ~ Yair and Ziza ~ offering at all times, nurturing, guidance and love.

RETREAT FEE:
120.00 Euros per day
Bookings must be a minimum of 3 days [360.00 Euros for 3 days] and the maximum number of days is flexible/agreed.  A full personalised online retreat programme will be available for each day, following the pre-retreat consultation.

 

WHAT’S INCLUDED:
A Pre-Retreat Consultation to ensure that YOU and your environment are fully prepared for maximum benefit.
1 hour Yoga Class, each morning, with Yair
1 hour Qi-gong or Biodanza Session, each day, with Yair & Ziza
Daily Vegan/Vegetarian Cooking Classes, with Ziza
Evening Meditation session, with Yair
1 hour Healing Therapy Treatment (mind-body healing), with Yair
A Post-Retreat Consultation will be scheduled to ensure full integration of retreat activities benefits, into your normal daily lifestyle.

Throughout the 3 Days you will have the dedicated support and guidance from Yair and Ziza, on how to get the most out of the healing activities (with a view to how to integrate into your normal day to day life).

DAILY PROGRAMME:
(Spain time-zone) 
08.30 – 09:30: Morning Yoga
12:00 – 13:00: Vegan/Vegetarian Cooking Class
17:00 – 18:00: Qi Gong or Biodanza Session
20:00 – 21:00: Evening Meditation

Pre-Retreat Consultation – this will be schedule to clarify how to get the maximum benefit from the retreat.
Post-Retreat follow up – this will be diarised at the close of the online retreat and agreed accordingly.

 

IMPORTANT POINTS BEFORE WE BEGIN:

Prior Arrangements:
Clients will need to make time, prior to the retreat, to attend a Consultation with Yair and Ziza, to firm up all arrangements/practicalities and confirm the programme requirements.

Your Home as a Sanctuary:
It’s extremely important that the home environment is conducive to healing. Prior to the retreat duration you will need to plan carefully. Your home will need to be quiet and calm (with no distractions) feeling safe and harmonious. It is recommended that you notify friends and family that you will be unavailable for the duration of your retreat at home, and limit mobile phone usage. A home close to, or in, nature would be an advantage, to aid the healing process.

An Adequate Peaceful Space:
A spacious and peaceful room/area, within your home, must be available for Yoga, Qi Gong and Biodanza Sessions.

Nutritiously Prepared Vegetarian Food:
As part of the retreat programme, Ziza will be facilitating Vegetarian Cooking classes and preparing her nutritious, healing and vegetarian food.  Prior to the online retreat commencement, all relevant food and recipe requirements will be confirmed to you and you will need to source the ingredients.  You will be cooking along with Ziza, so use of kitchen facilities are essential.

Necessary equipment or clothing:
Light clothes for Yoga, Qi Gong and Biodanza are recommended.  A Yoga mat, cushion and soft blanket.

Essential:
You must be able to fully commit to the retreat programme schedule.

Important: 
Please inform us, prior to the retreat start date, if you have any Medical Condition and if you have any Special Dietary Requirements.

Paypal: An easy & safe payment method is PAYPAL (PayPal incurs 3.5% charge for transaction fees – a small cross-border fee may also be applicable). You do NOT need a PayPal account to pay securely via PayPal – just a credit or debit card!

BOOKING CONDITIONS:
To secure your booking, a non-refundable retreat fee of 240 Euros will be required, at least 5 days before the retreat start date.
Your booking will remain unconfirmed until your retreat fee has been received.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel less than 5 days before your retreat begins, we regret that we are unable to refund any amount and you will have to pay in full.
