Yair first studied Sivananda yoga in Rishikesh, India in 1985 before continuing under the stewardship of his teacher in Israel. The word Yoga stands for unity between body and mind, and that is the core of Yair’s classes. Yair combines this ancient form of yoga with Qi Kung (prounounced ‘Chee Gong’) which he studied in depth in China. His classes are designed to match the individual levels in the groups, with a strong emphasis on breath work mindfulness and relaxation.
