BOOKING CONDITIONS:

Deposit ~ to secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit will be required of 350 Euros.
Due to limited availability your booking will remain unconfirmed until your deposit has been received.

Full payment is required 6 weeks before your retreat or holiday begins.
If you book within 4 weeks of the start date, then full payment will be taken, to secure your place.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel less than 4 weeks before your retreat begins, we regret that we are unable to refund any amount and you must pay in full.

OTHER ACTIVITIES TO DO

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO:
Due to green electricity it’s impossible to use hairdryer or other electrical appliances above 100W.
Please bring light clothes for Yoga and Qi Gong practice, flip-flops, a torch, swim wear, a jumper for the evening, walking shoes, a water bottle and a back pack.

Important: Please inform us prior to your arrival of any medical condition that you dealing with and if you have any special dietary requirements or restrictions.

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS

FREE AIRPORT SHUTTLE – from and to Malaga Airport
This retreat qualifies for a FREE Malaga Airport Shuttle
The Free Airport Shuttle leaves Malaga Airport on day of arrival (first day of retreat) at 14:00 pm and on the day of departure, it will leave Armonia Alpujarra at 13:00 pm. Clients need to book in advance.
IMPORTANT CONDITIONS – the free shuttle is for a minimum of 2 persons – if any clients cannot meet the time schedules of the FREE Airport Shuttle, then they will need to book separate shuttles, at the usual cost of 90 Euros each way.

Travel Insurance
YOU MUST HAVE FULL TRAVEL INSURANCE COVER.
Please provide us with your Travel Insurance Cover details in case of an emergency. Your travel insurance should cover you for cancellation, sickness, losses and all the usual risks. Please also provide us with an alternative phone number and contact name.
